Join our Summer Team

When you apply to work at Fraser Lake Camp, you’re not just applying for any old job. You’re asking to become part of a community – one that will shape your life and make you grow as a person. If you’d like to impact children’s lives, experience diversity within community life, learn life skills, and enjoy God’s created beauty, working at camp may be the job for you!

Working at camp is not for the faint at heart. Ask any parent or teacher, and they will tell you that it can be very challenging to work with children.

At Fraser, we’re trying to make changes in people’s lives – sometimes in small ways, sometimes in big ways. To model peacemaking and community life. To make new friends. To inspire children to try new things, to take risks, and to grow. To help children love themselves and others. These things take a lot of hard work and stamina. But it is work that is deeply satisfying when you see how it changes children’s lives. For some children, summer camp is a highlight of their entire year. Will you help to make that child’s camp experience the best that it can be?

Fraser Lake is committed to employment equity and encourages all qualified candidates to apply. If you require an accommodation at any point during the hiring/employment process, please let us know as we will work with you to meet your needs. All responses will be handled with complete confidence.
