Fraser Lake Camp offers specialized camps and programs geared toward different ages.

Regular Camp Weeks (Week 1-4 & Week 7)

(Ages 8-14) Our regular camp weeks are filled with exciting activities and new things to try! It’s a great opportunity for you to make friends and build confidence, surrounded by your friends in a supportive community environment.

Short Week (Week 6)

(Ages 8-14) A shortened session only 4 nights long, "Short Week" is an opportunity to try overnight camp on for size to see if you are ready. It’s also a great length for parents just trying out this summer camp experience too!

Leaders In Training (15-16 years old)

LIT is a 12-14 day program that features a canoe trip through world-renowned Algonquin Park. Travelling approximately 100 km, you will test their physical strength and stamina, learn valuable life lessons, grow in your leadership and teamwork abilities, make new friends, and learn more about yourself. It is an exhilarating experience that you will never forget! These trips fill up quickly, so avoid disappointment and register now.

Counsellors In Training (16 years old)

Fraser Lake's CIT program is designed to prepare the next generation of staff!

CIT 1 In-Cabin Program is 3 weeks long and participants will be mentored by two experienced counsellors. During the first two weeks participants will learn various skills that will equip them to effectively care for campers and lead dynamic camp activities and events. In the third week they will have the opportunity to put their newly acquired skills into action while assisting camp staff in leading a cabin group and camp activities.

CIT 2 Shadow Program is a leadership program designed for youth who are interested in gaining leadership experience and becoming a staff member at Fraser Lake Camp. This program is a condensed CIT program including 11 days of intensive training from two experienced staff members (CIT leaders) with shadow days in our camp program and/or camp kitchen. This program does not include an in-cabin counselling experience.

Volunteer Program (15-17 years old)

The Volunteer Program is designed to give high school students an opportunity to complete their requirement of 40 hours of community service in a camp setting while also providing valuable job and life skill training. Work includes maintenance and kitchen duties and tasks that are vital to the healthy operation of the camp. Volunteering in the supportive camp environment also helps you to develop new friendships, build confidence, and learn new skills. When your day’s work is finished, you will have opportunities to enjoy the many wonderful activities Fraser has to offer!

Note: You may register for more than one week of the Volunteer Program.
