Join our Summer Team

Wether you went to camp last year or 60 years ago everyone seems to have stories about how amazing their counsellors were.

Being a camp counsellor is a unique opportunity which creates confidence and leadership skills. You will become the role model for dozens of children and create deep friendships through really good times, and really trying times.

It is difficult to describe what working at camp is like. You simply must experience being in cabin, going on overnights, countless campfire performances, leading a group of campers through a larger than life experience, and finding new levels of empathy for your community.

It is more than just a summer job.

Fraser Lake is committed to employment equity and encourages all qualified candidates to apply. If you require an accommodation at any point during the hiring/employment process, please let us know as we will work with you to meet your needs. All responses will be handled with complete confidence.
