The Helping Hand Hootenanny

Willowgrove’s Subsidy Fundraiser Has Been Cancelled

Unfortunately, due to low ticket sales we have made the difficult decision to cancel our Helping Hand Hootenanny. Please know that any ticket purchases will be refunded, and that we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

We would like to thank our staff, committee members, and volunteers for their help in planning the event. While the Hootenanny is cancelled, we are still raising funds for our Helping Hand program: Our goal is still to raise $5,000!

If you have the capacity, please donate:

100% of the donations received through the Helping Hand Program go directly towards families in need, reducing program fees, and subsidizing inclusion supports.

What even is a Hootenanny?

Hoot·en·an·ny (Noun): An old, country word for a party or get-together with folk music & (sometimes) dancing.

Hootenanny's were started to bring people together, raise money, and spark awareness 'bout important issues. Since music has been deeply woven into Willowgrove's traditions (camp fires, chapels, sing-a-longs, joint services, cornstalk, MennoFolk), we now use it to raise money for sending kids to camp.
