Do you know someone, just like you, who would enjoy being outdoors at camp? Share your love for Willowgrove Day Camp with someone you know and let us reward you!
How the Program Works
For every family you refer to us, who registers in the current camp season, we will send you and the family you refer a $50.00 gift card! Gift cards can be used for future camp registrations or in the Willowgrove Farm Market.
How to Refer
Spread the word!
Complete the Family Referral Form below. Once submitted, the form will be sent to our office who will track referrals.
Easy peasy! Upon receipt of your Family Referral Form, we will reach out to the family to see if they have any questions or would like to schedule a phone call with our Camp Manager.
The Fine Print
Referrals are for introducing new families only. New Families cannot have attended, or taken part in, any of our programming, including Outdoor Education, Nature School, Fraser Lake Camp, and Take Root Farm Project.
Referrals must be made by families or individuals who have attended our programs, or worked with us before; this includes Outdoor Education, Fraser Lake Camp, Nature School, and Take Root Farm Project.
Referred families have to complete registration and attend our program. It can be for all eight weeks of camp, one week, or anywhere in between.
The Referral Form must be submitted before the first day of the camp season. In the event that two different families have referred the same new family, the first referral form to be submitted will receive the referral rebate.
Gift cards will be emailed to both families once registration has been confirmed in the summer.
