Job Description

The Leadership Program Coordinator is responsible for running the LEAD program for youth in grades 9-10. This position  prepares youth to assist in cabins by leading sessions on leadership skills, teambuilding,  working with children and diversity and inclusion. They will circulate while youth are placed in cabins to provide feedback  and assist  where needed. The  Leadership Program Coordinator is responsible for evaluating each participant at the end of the week. Other tasks include assisting with wide games, special events and clean up.

Position Requirements: 

  •  Age 19+ with 3+ years of camp experience

  • Prior leadership experience – experience supervising others is an asset

  • Strong verbal communications skills

  • Standard First Aid/CPR-C by the start of camp

  • Clean vulnerable sector police record check
