Aquatics Coordinator

Job Description:

Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the safety and program delivery of waterfront activities at camp. This includes Willowgrove’s 2 pools and canoe pond,  as well as leading and instructing lessons. This role assists the Pool Supervisor with facilitating training of aquatic staff, ensuring staff are following the set schedule and curriculum, and assisting with any first aid related emergencies if required.

Position Requirements:

• Age 18+ with at least 250 hours of lifeguarding experience

• Holds current certifications in National Lifeguard, Standard First Aid + CPR-C, Lifesaving Society Swim Instructors

• Strong verbal communications skills

• Prior leadership experience – experience supervising others is an asset

• Clean vulnerable sector police record check
