Are you interested in a rewarding summer experience? Willowgrove Day Camp is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

Located on a 100-acre farm, we offer an entirely outdoors program with activities like climbing, archery, swimming, arts & crafts, and more. Whether you want to be a camp counsellor, lead activities, or work in aquatics, there’s a role for you. If you love camp energy, special events and helping campers make memories, we’d love to meet you!

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for working with youth: Our staff are key to creating a memorable camp experience. We are looking for individuals who possess a genuine love for working with children and are committed to creating a welcoming and positive environment.

  • Love for the outdoors: Our programs run outdoors, rain or shine! We are looking for staff who share a love for the outdoors and enjoy creating opportunities for campers to explore the natural world.

  • Problem Solvers: Camp life is fast-paced and ever-changing. We need adaptable, creative problem solvers who thrive in this dynamic environment. 

  • Team Players:  We are seeking staff who are team players and are capable of working well with fellow staff members to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for everyone.

Important Dates

All Staff Training Dates

Training Weekend 1: June 6 & 7 

Training Weekend 2: June 20 & 21

Please note that training dates are mandatory for all staff.

2026 Camp Season

Camp runs from June 30 - August 21

Hiring priority will be given to staff who are able to work all 8 weeks of camp. 6 week contracts are also a possibility. 

Specialty Training

Training Day: June 25 & 26

Specialty Training is mandatory for Leadership Team, Program Staff, Aquatics Staff and Inclusion Staff.
