Camper Inclusion

Job Description:

Inclusion staff support campers enrolled in our Helping Hands program. You will support campers needing extra assistance due to behavioural or emotional needs. Responsibilities involve communicating with the Inclusion Coordinator, assisting counsellors, modifying schedules as needed and managing your time appropriately to ensure campers receive support as needed.

Position Requirements:

● Age 18+ with a minimum 1 year of camp experience

● Post-Secondary education in related field (completed or working on completing) is not required but an asset

● Strong communications skills

● Ability to manage your time and prioritize work

● Standard First Aid/CPR-C and Mental Health First aid are not required but strongly recommended

● Clean vulnerable sector police record check
